NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENTS IN GULFOOD 2012

PREMIUM INGREDIENTS will be exhibiting at Gulfood 2012 from 19 to 22 February 2012. Its booth is located in Sheikh Saeed Halls, S3-A35, the same place as last year.

PREMIUM INGREDIENTS is pleased to present its latest developments within functional food ingredients for applications such as processed cheese included slices, pasteurized fresh cheese, mediterranean style cheese, portions and cheese spreads; pizza cheese topping; juices; and UHT reconstituted milk with variations such as UHT Chocolate Milk.

PREMIUM INGREDIENTS will present new product developments specially designed to meet the manufacturers requirements in these applications. Some of these products will be:

- Premitex® XLK-11054 for the production of triangles cheese portions both for conventional melting and UHT treatment. This solution provides to the end product a spreadable and creamy texture with a minimum protein content of 8%
- Premilac® XLK-11001 and Premigum® XLK-8003 used together are recommended for the production of cheese spread with high fat content and without cheese. This blend gives flavor to the end product and provides a creamy texture without gelling.
- Premitex® XLK-10016 is a complete stabilizer´ solution for IWS (Individually Wrapped Slices) cheese. This ingredient provides to the end product a long and firm texture with a low protein content of minimum 12.5%.
- Premilac® XLK-11021 and Premigum® XLK-11022. This solution is recommended for pasteurized fresh cheese produced by fermentation without whey separation. The cream cheese produced with this blend can be developed with just cream without the need of milk.
