Stabilizers and Emulsifiers for Cream Liqueur
PREMIUM INGREDIENTS provides a brand new stabilizer for producing cream liqueur. Our stabilizer can be used alone or together with traditionally used milk proteins. Examples of typical cream liqueurs would be different combinations of whisky, vodka or amarula with fresh or vegetable cream. There are also novelty combinations found such as toffee with vodka, chocolate with whisky and others.

Premitex® XLB is a specific blend of stabilizers and emulsifiers that stabilizes cream liqueurs without the use of milk proteins. Product can also be used together with milk proteins, allowing for a direct reduction of their use level in the formulation. Furthermore no changes in the process are required.
