Stabilizers and emulsifiers for almond milk
The Premitex® product line for almond milk consist of an ideal blend of stabilizers and emulsifiers, to be added to a heterogeneous drink made from ground almonds mixed with water. Thus, we obtain a homogeneous, creamy drink that can be UHT treated if required.
